SHF Dragon Ball Super Broly Battle Cloth Broken Arm Fix Repair 龍珠超 布洛尼 戰鬥服 手臂 修復, SHF Broly Broken Arm Fix Repair 布洛尼 布羅利 手臂 修復
tools: model drill, super glue, uv glue, pen knife
工具: 手鑽, aa膠, uv膠, 筆刀
since the broly super hero version will be released soon
therefore i found out the well packed dbs version to play around
unfortunately, the left shoulder armor joint was broken by my careless drop
moreover the common issue of right upper arm, cannot perform a horizontal rotation
becoz of my ocd, i twisted off the right upper arm (not recommended)
and tried to fix the broken left shoulder armor joint, right upper arm
here is the guideline for reference
1. use a model drill to slowly drill through the broken parts in the joint
2. drill a 1mm or 0.8mm hole on the side of the broken tenon with a model drill again
3. use a pen knife to carefully cut a notch in the left and right of the hole, so that the hole becomes rectangular, must be rectangular
4. use the pre-prepared wire to insert in a flat row, flat row is a rectangle
5. apply a small amount of super glue in the connection position
6. then you can apply the elastic type of uv glue, and then illuminate
7. slowly apply layer by layer, light up, so that it becomes a cylinder shape
8. if the shape does not match, use a pen knife to fix it
because there is a little elasticity so it will bite the new peg
and when twisting, if the tenon is not rectangular
then it will be twisted out spirally
the repair is complete

由於布洛尼/布羅利/broly super hero版本快將推出
所以就將已經收藏好的布洛尼超版本拿出來把玩
不過很sad, 一不小心就跌斷了左邊肩甲關節
及發現右手的通病, 上臂水平旋轉不能
又強逼症發作, 就扭斷了咬死了右上臂 (極度不建議)
再自行修補斷了的肩甲關節及斷了的上臂 (眼高手低)
以下的步驟為參考, 我不會負責
1. 先用手鑽慢慢的鑽爛塞在接內的壞件
2. 再用手鑽在斷榫的那邊鑽一個1mm或0.8mm的洞
3. 然後用筆刀小心的在那個洞的上下 或 左右cut一個缺口, 令到洞口變成長方形, 一定要是長方形
4. 然後就用預先準備好的鐵線以平排的狀況插入, 平排就是一個長方形
5. 插好之後點少量aa膠在接駁位
6. 接著可以塗上有彈性那款的uv膠, 再照燈
7. 慢慢一層層的塗, 照燈, 令其變成圓柱狀
8. 如果形狀不符就用筆刀修正
因為有少許彈性所以會咬實新造的榫柱
而當扭動時如果之前植入的鐵線不是長方形
那就會螺旋的被扭出來
修復完成
